Support requests
For scan or report questions, include the report ID, purchase email if applicable, module scope and a short description. Do not include secrets, source archives or private access tokens.
Refunds
Refund requests should use the dedicated form so the request gets a reference ID and the purchase can be matched without exposing a report access token.
Security reports
Responsible disclosure reports should go to the security contact. Include reproduction steps and affected URL, but do not upload third-party secrets or private customer data.

Production paid launch must publish the real operator details below.
