Terms of service

These terms describe the service boundary and the user's responsibility for migration testing.

Legal operator and effective date

The effective date is published separately from the last-reviewed date shown below. The real production operator, address, jurisdiction and governing law must be configured before paid launch; Codex has not selected those legal values.

What the service does

The service statically analyzes submitted source, configuration and samples for supported Amazon SP-API migration risks. It does not execute code or modify user systems.

No warranty of completeness

A clean result means ready within tested scope, not guaranteed production compatibility or Amazon certification. Users remain responsible for staged rollout and reconciliation.

Acceptable use and payments

Submit only material you have the right to analyze and do not attack or overload the service. Paid reports are governed by the entitlement shown at purchase and the refund policy.

Payment processor, taxes and disputes

Checkout is handled by Paddle when billing is enabled. Taxes/VAT, invoices, payment-method handling and original-payment-method refunds follow the payment processor flow shown at checkout. Chargebacks and disputes should be raised through the refund-request flow first when possible so the report ID and purchase email can be matched without exposing a private report token.

Changes, suspension and termination

Terms may change before paid launch as the legal operator and processors are finalized. Material production changes should update the effective date. Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, illegal submissions, payment reversal or attempts to attack the service.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on a report.
